Monday, November 25

*2:01 PM – Brownwood Police received a sexual assault complaint from an adult female regarding inappropriate touch.

Tuesday, November 26

*1:13 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2400 block of Monterrey Street regarding a burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, the complainant stated that sometime between July 20th and this date someone entered her deceased father’s home without consent and took numerous items.  Possible suspect names were given and the incident is pending further investigation, the report states.

*11:48 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 500 block of N. Center Avenue, Shaw’s Laundry, regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, a van belonging to the business was discovered to have been damaged.

*1:42 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property on County Road 381, which belongs to TxDOT.  According to the report, the reporting party advised that two new bicycles were found on the property while brush was being cleared from the fence line.  Wal-Mart was contacted and it was confirmed that two bicycles were missing from the store and that these matched the description of the missing bikes, the report states.  The bicycles were returned to the loss prevention department, the report states.

*3:38 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2500 block of Songbird Circle regarding theft.  According to the report, a walker had been stolen from the complainant approximately one month ago and a possible suspect was named.

*6:01 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding the burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, a Dell laptop computer, valued at $150, was stolen from the complainant’s apartment.  A possible suspect was named, the report states.

*7:01 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 1300 block of 1st Street.  According to the report, the driver of the vehicle, identified as 53-year-old Joe Monroe of Freiona, was determined to be intoxicated and arrested for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.

*7:40 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding a belligerent subject who was intoxicated.  According to the report, officers located the subject as he walked through the courtyard of the apartment complex.  The subject was determined to be intoxicated and a danger to himself and others, and was subsequently arrested for public intoxication, the report states.

*Brownwood Police arrested 28-year-old Francisco Diaz, Jr. on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate driving while license invalid.

*Early Police arrested 27-year-old Daren Michael Klutts for public intoxication.

Wednesday, November 27

*2:43 AM –Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Avenue E regarding criminal trespass.  According to the report, a subject identified as Nathan Willson was found to be inside the residence for which he had a criminal trespass warning.  Willson was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, the report states.  While on scene, officers conducted an investigation into other possible criminal charges against Willson, the report states.

*Brownwood Police arrested 20-year-old Terry Lee Reed, Jr. for public intoxication.
