The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on November 14th to welcome the Pearl Griffin Memorial Latch Key Program as new members of the Chamber.

Since 1983, Latch Key has provided after school child care to lower income families in the Brownwood ISD.
