LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, November 19, 2013.

Sunday, November 17

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence on County Road 292 regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, a mailbox had been pushed over.  During an investigation, the deputy located another mailbox on the same road that had been pushed over as well and its owner was notified, the report states.

Monday, November 18

*2:05 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Avenue D regarding theft.  According to the report, a purse which contained identification, a food stamp card, and approximately $210.00 in cash was stolen.

*7:22 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of Brady Avenue regarding disorderly conduct.  According to the report, the complainant stated that his ex-wife had damaged his girlfriend’s vehicle and driven in a reckless manner which endangered their children who were in the vehicle as the ex-wife fled the area.  Both the complainant and his girlfriend wished to pursue charges of criminal mischief and child endangerment, the report states.

*Early Police arrested 19-year-old Wyatt Thomas Hughes of Early for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and on a Comanche County warrant related to burglary of a building.

Tuesday, November 19

*Early Police arrested 21-year-old Patrick Thomas Holeman of Coleman on warrants related to CPF/minor in possession of alcohol, failure to appear and minor consume alcohol.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
