The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the Heart of Texas Children’s Advocacy Center on Wednesday, November 13th to welcome them as new members.

The center’s mission is to provide safety, justice, and healing, in a safe, compassionate and respectful environment to children victimized by abuse and neglect.

Established in 2012, this organization specializes in child and family advocacy including forensic interviews, referrals and case reviews.

They are located at 1409 Early Blvd. and can be contacted at 325-646-7148.
