Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the BROWN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT will convene on the 4thday of November, 2013, at 9:00 A. M., in the Brown County Commissioners Courtroom:

AGENDA

A.  Opening Prayer

B. Reading and approval of Minutes

C. Recognition of Visitors

D. Matter of New Business to be presented to the Court for its consideration and action as appropriate. Items may not be taken in the order that they are listed.

1.         Joel Kelton, Pct 2 – Consideration and possible approval of burn ban;

2.         Gary Worley, Pct 1 – Consideration and possible approval of 40 mph speed limit for Stephen F. Austin;

3.         Larry Traweek, Pct 4 – Application to install utility line, CR 164;

4.         Myrna Wright, Zephyr Community Historical Association – Consideration and possible approval of relocating the Blanket Creek Bridge Historical sign;

5.         Jimmy Trowbridge, Guardian EMS – Presentation to Sheriff’s Office (Field Officers;

6.         Lisa Ritter – Consideration and possible approval of expenditure by 35th District Juvenile Probation Office for purchase and installation of camera monitor system;

E.         Reports

F.         Consideration and Approval of bills

G.        Approval of Treasurer’s/Auditor’s Report

H.        Adjournment or recess;
