Terry Lee Jones

jones_terryTerry Lee Jones was born on December 30, 1952 in Abilene to Daniel and Ann Franklin Jones. Terry loved golfing, being in the outdoors, playing jokes on his friends and family, gardening, being with his grandchildren, and mowing his grass. He was a custom builder in the Brownwood area and other areas though out the U.S. He was a lifetime resident of Brown County.

Terry is survived by his wife Kalla Jones of Lake Brownwood, mother Ann Jones of Lake Brownwood, daughter Jaycee and husband Joe Carter of Spring Branch, a son Justin and wife Channa Jones of Brownwood, his grandchildren; Carly, Carsyn and Katie Carter, Emerson and Truett Jones. He is also survived by a brother Daniel and wife Dee Jones of Coppell, a sister Cindy Jones and her sister-in-law Sara Moore of Lubbock, two nephews Logan and his wife Jess Jones of Washington, D.C. and Alex Jones of Dallas.

Terry was preceded in death by his father Daniel Jones.

Terry passed away on Monday, October 28, 2013 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple at age 60.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the American Lung Association.

Graveside services for Terry Lee Jones will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at the Fairview Cemetery in Grosvenor, Texas. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Heartland Funeral Home in Early, Texas.
