Mission Statement: Lady Sharks Mission is to provide capable young women with the opportunity to become confident scholar athletes. We do so by helping our athletes develop the necessary skills to earn athletic scholarships, while stressing the importance of academics. We believe with appropriate guidance, competitive softball provides opportunities for our athletes to learn success, respond to diversity in a positive manner, and make good choices in pressure situations all while teaching responsibility not only for themselves but those around them. Our coaching staffs provide players with higher skill level and a greater knowledge of the game which will afford them the tools required to market themselves to college coaches.

Organization Goals:

– Provide a unique, positive atmosphere for young athletes to develop their skills while building confidence, self-esteem, and mental toughness.

– Stress importance of academic achievement as it relates to competitive sports and to success in future life endeavors.

– Build a highly competitive organization of softball teams whose players exhibit teamwork through good attitude, effort, and hustle.

– Teach young athletes the value of success through the spirit of hard work and performance.
