WellsMonaMemorial services for Mona Charlae Wells, 54, of Brownwood, will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, October 18, in the Netherton Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Smith officiating.

Ms. Wells passed from this life on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at Brownwood Regional Medical Center.

Mona Charlea Wells was born on September 4, 1959 in Wagner South Dakota. She was a member of the Sioux Tribe and had loved animals her entire life, especially horses.

The things that meant the most to her were family and friends. She always had a great zest for life, and when you saw her, it was always with a big smile on her face. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Landon Wilkins of Brownwood; sister, Tami Belveal of Brownwood; her aunt, Virginia Luke: two nieces, Christine Dailey and Amber Stice; and one grandchild.  She is also survived by her love, and longtime companion, Chris Inglet; children, Brandy Scott, Jesse Scott, Kyle Scott and Josiah Scott; numerous other family members as well as a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her biological mother and grandmother.

Family and friends are invited and encouraged to sign the online guestbook at www.nethertonfuneralhome.com.
