Brownwood ISD 3rd graders from Woodland Heights, East Elementary, and Northwest Elementary will be joining the BHS Choir in singing the National Anthem at the beginning of the Brownwood Lions “Pink-Out” football game, Friday, October 11th.

The performance, coordinated by BHS Choir director, Cynthia Franklin, will come before the Brownwood Lions face-off against the Burnet Bulldogs starting at 7:30 p.m. at Gordon Wood Stadium.

Brownwood ISD faculty, staff, and students throughout the district, in addition to members of the community, will be seen wearing pink throughout the day and at the game to increase awareness and raise money for local families fighting cancer.
