City of Early Council Meeting – Tuesday, October 8, 2013 – 6 PM

1.  Call to order and invocation.

2.  Pledge of Allegiance.

3.  Consideration of the minutes of regular meeting on September 24 & September 30, 2013.

4.  Citizen’s comments (the council invites citizens to speak to the council on any topic not already on the agenda.  No council action may be taken on these items.)

5. Mayor Mangrum will read proclamations for:

a. Good Samaritan Month

b. National Domestic Violence Awareness Month

c. Report Animal Abuse Month

6. Consider an ordinance adopting the 2014 National Electrical Code.

7. Consider a resolution approving the loan agreement between Early Economic Development Corporation and Government Capital.

8. Consider a resolution endorsing support for Ranger College to annex Brown County into their college district.

9. Administrator’s report.

10. Adjourn.
