photogrouplogoThe Brownwood Art Association Photo Group is pleased to announce its new mentoring program continues to meet to teach the art of photography.  This program is designed to share and teach photography to anyone with an interest in photography, and it is free to the public.

The mentoring program covers everything from initial idea to participating in a gallery show.  No experience is necessary…just a desire to learn photography.

The mentoring program allows each participant to pick a mentor from the photo group.  The mentor will teach the photographic process starting with concept.  Then other topics such as how to use a camera, the photo shoot, processing the digital photo with a computer using photographic imaging software, printing and framing your work and participating in a gallery show.

The photo group is open to the public and will meet at 6:30 PM this Thursday, October 3rd at the Art Center.  The Art Center is located at 215 Fisk Avenue, Brownwood, TX 76801.

For more information please contact Pat Coursey at (325) 203-1966 or email [email protected].
