The winners for the BBQ competition, sponsored by Ryan Construction, at the Brownwood Reunion Celebration were announced on Saturday afternoon. The categories for judging were beans, chicken, ribs, and brisket. The first through tenth place winners in brisket, ribs and chicken, and first through fourth in beans were awarded. Reserve and Grand Champion were also awarded.

The first, second and third place winners in each category received a framed certificate, and the first place winners also received a plaque. The Grand Champion also received a ‘Brown County Bragging Rights’ plaque. Merisha Parvis, Reunion Competitions Coordinator, presented the awards Saturday.
