LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, September 17, 2013.

Monday, September 16

*8:06 AM – Brownwood Police received a report of theft via telephone call.  According to the report, a license plate had been stolen.

*12:49 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of 3rd Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle.

*3:27 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1400 block of Austin Avenue, Brookshire’s grocery, regarding two subjects needing to be criminally trespassed from the property.  The officer arrived and issued criminal trespass warnings to the subjects.

*4:22 PM – A Brownwood Police officer was dispatched to the law enforcement center regarding the fraudulent use of identifying information.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of criminal trespass and criminal mischief at a property in the county.  According to the report, the owner stated that someone had cut her pasture fence and entered the property.  Damage was caused to the fence wire, which was tied up, allowing someone to gain access to the property, the report states.  Trespassing signs have been posted at the location where the fence wire was tied up, according to the report.

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the area of County Road 414 regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown suspect(s) had stolen 85 gallons of dyed diesel fuel and a fuel transfer pump.

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence in Brown County regarding theft.  According to the report, two game cameras and a window unit air conditioner were stolen from the property, located at County Road 411 West.

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was serving a warrant at a residence in Bangs.  According to the report, the subject, identified as 22-year-old Arron Shane White was located inside a residence lying on a bed.  When he got up off the bed, the deputy observed a clear cut straw where his right leg had been, the report states.  The straw had trace amounts of what the deputy believed was methamphetamine and so he field tested the substance which tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine, according to the report.  White was arrested on the warrants and for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

*Early Police arrested 63-year-old Barry Alan Daniell of Early for driving while license invalid.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Angela Rene Trout of Rising Star on a warrant related to motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated.

*Brown County Sherriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Pamela Gayle White of Bangs for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Tuesday, September 17

*Early Police arrested 53-year-old Jerry Lynn Williams of St. Paul, Minnesota for public intoxication.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
