Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the BROWN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT will convene on the 26th day of August, 2013, at 9:00A. M., in the Brown County Commissioners Courtroom:

AGENDA

A.  Opening Prayer

B. Reading and approval of Minutes

C. Recognition of Visitors

D. Matter of New Business to be presented to the Court for its consideration and action as appropriate. Items may not be taken in the order that they are listed.

1.         Joel Kelton, Pct 2- Consideration and possible approval of Texas Water Development Board’s Model Subdivision Rules;

2.         Joel Kelton, Pct 2 – Consideration and possible approval of burn ban;\

3.         Joel Kelton, Pct 2 – Public hearing to consider making that part of Vaughn Avenue, May, Texas, from Plummer Street, West 160’ (in block 2 of the Sudderth Addition, May, Texas) one way, traveling from East to West;

4.         Joel Kelton, Pct 2 – Consideration and possible approval of making that part of Vaughn Avenue, May, Texas a one way street, traveling West from Plummer Street for a distance of 160’ (in block 2 of the Sudderth Addition, May, Texas);

5.         Sheriff’s Office – Employee changes;

6.         Wayne Shaw, Pct 3 – Application to install private line, CR 321 and CR620;

7.         Ray West – Consideration and possible approval of appointment to Brown County Hospital Authority Board the following:  Dave Fair and Robert Porter;

8.         Joel Kelton, Pct 2 – Application to install private line, CR 414, CR 118, CR 120, CR 425, CR 417, CR 408, CR 478, CR 478 and  CR 478;

9. Budget Requests;

E.         Reports

F.         Consideration and Approval of bills

G.        Approval of Treasurer’s/Auditor’s Report

H.        Adjournment or recess;
