Brown County District Attorney Micheal Murray reports several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Johnny Fred Bachman pled guilty to the felony offense of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Dustin Galloway pled guilty to three separate Burglary of a Building offenses and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Larry Wayne Durham, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
