Tuesday, July 30

*8:03 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2700 block of U.S. Highway 377S, Greenleaf Cemetery, regarding the burglary of a building.   According to the report, the complainant stated that several power tools and hand tools were stolen from inside one of the tool sheds at the property.  Taken were an air compressor, trimmer, generator, wheeled battery charger and other various hand tools, valued at over $1700, the report states.

*6:08 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of San Benito regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that sometime between 7:30 PM on July 29th and 6:00 PM this date, an unknown suspect stole the complainant’s 22-inch self-propelled lawn mower (valued at $389.00).  There were no known suspects at the time of the report.

*11:22 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3000 block of 1st Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, the complainant stated that he and his girlfriend had gotten into a fight over some photographs and she had struck him in the face.  As a result of the call, 21-year-old Christina Morrow was arrested and charged with assault with injury family violence, the report states.

*Early Police arrested 28-year-old Roderick Roshad Mosley of Kingsville for assault with injury family violence.

*23-year-old Courtney Alexandria Rose turned herself in on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

Wednesday, July 31

*2:45 AM – Brownwood Police observed a known juvenile, who is on probation, in the area of 1st Street and Avenue A regarding the violation of a probation order.  According to the report, the juvenile’s probation officer was called regarding the juvenile for a probation violation (curfew), and the juvenile was processed and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center and released to the Juvenile Probation Officer.

*Bangs Police arrested 39-year-old William Christopher Stafford of Stephenville for driving while license invalid with previous conviction.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
