The City of Brownwood Recreation Department will be sponsoring the “2013 Fall Aqua Aerobics.”

Classes will meet at 6pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays from August 13th thru September 19th at the Camp Bowie Family Aquatic Center located at 2301 Milam Drive. The cost of the 6 week program is $50.00

The class will be led by Lynn Humeniuk and Teresa Cavitt, Certified Group Fitness Instructors through the American Council on Exercise.  Both Humeniuk and Cavitt are current instructors at Howard Payne University.

Aquatic fitness is easy on the joints and lots of fun.
