Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the BROWN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT will convene on the 15th day of July, 2013, at 9:00 A. M., in the Brown County Commissioners Courtroom at 200 S. Broadway, Brownwood, Brown County, Texas.

AGENDA

A.  Opening Prayer

B. Reading and approval of Minutes

C. Recognition of Visitors

D. Matter of New Business to be presented to the Court for its consideration and action as appropriate. Items may not be taken in the order that they are listed.

1. Casilda Clarich – Texas Association of Counties (TAC) overview and Risk Management Services Review;

2. Joel Kelton – Pct 2 – Consideration and possible approval of burn ban;

3. Ray West – Consideration and possible appointment of Shane Britton and Dr. David Smith to Center for Life Resources Board of Trustees;

4. Ray West – Consideration and possible approval of replacement fire extinguishers with trade in allowed for Courthouse;

5. Ray West – Consideration and possible approval for purchase of fire extinguishers for Ray West Juvenile Justice Center;

6. Amy Hamrick – Discussion of Amendments to the On-Site Sewage Facilities Order;
