Coldwell Banker, Mark Campbell & Associates continues their 4th of July tradition that they started back in the late 1990’s by distributing small flags to thousands of homes in Brownwood and Early.

Agents, staff, friends and relatives of the company along with numerous volunteers will distribute 7000 flags to homes Wednesday night by placing them in front yards along the city streets.

“We have distributed flags for the last 14 years or so,” said owner/broker Mark Campbell.  “We appreciate all of the hard work from our volunteers, kids and families who help make it possible.”

Area residents should wake up Thursday morning and enjoy the streets lined with flags.  Over the years, Coldwell Banker has received countless “thank you” cards and notes from residents around the community expressing their gratitude.

A cookout was held Wednesday evening at the Coldwell Banker office in Brownwood for the volunteers before they hit the streets to distribute the flags.
