Plant Diseases/Seed Collection Program Set For July 9th

AgriLife Extension Brownwood TXThe Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host a program about plant pathology, disease prevention in landscape and vegetable plants, and seed collection on Tuesday July 9, 2013. This multi-topic horticulture program will be held at the Brown County Extension Office located at 605 Fisk Avenue in Brownwood. The program will be held from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

This program is part of the 2013 Horticulture Lunch-N-Learn series which is being conducted by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. The speaker for the July 9 program will be Ms. Manon Shockey, Horticulture Professor at Tarleton State University in Stephenville.

This noon-time program is open to anyone interested in the topic, and there is a $10 registration fee payable at the door on July 9th. However, program participants who have attended other previous Lunch-N-Learn sessions this year have already paid their registration fee and will not be charged again.
