ALancaster TexasBank Brownwood TexasGreg Dodds, President and CEO of TexasBank is pleased to announce the addition of Adam Lancaster to TexasBank Brownwood as Senior Vice President – Commercial Lending.

A native of Brownwood, Lancaster is returning home after serving over eleven years in the banking industry in Lubbock.  During his tenure in Lubbock, Lancaster has garnered credit and lending experience with several regional community banks.  Most recently, he has served as Vice President – Loan Review with First United Bank since 2010.

A graduate of Brownwood High School, Adam attended Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Finance and was a member of the Aggie Football Team. He went on to receive a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.

Lancaster said, “I am excited about the opportunity to come back home and go to work for such a well-respected community bank.  TexasBank has a proven track record of serving the communities in the Brown County area and I look forward to being a part of their team.  My wife, Brandi, and I are also very excited about the opportunity to become involved in helping to make our community a better place.”

Adam and Brandi have been actively involved in several public events for children, sports and alumni organizations as well as charitable organizations.  Most recently, Adam served as a board member on the West Texas Parkinsonism Society.  Adam and Brandi have a step-son, Tyler, and family dog, Fancy.

“Adam and his entire family have strong local ties to this area and are respected for their high level of character and integrity,” Dodds said.  “We believe that these traits along with his strong, diverse background in lending make him the perfect complement to our team.  With a portfolio of products and services that rivals the big banks, TexasBank is constantly seeking to hire and invest in a next generation of lenders that can continue to provide the type of service and attention that our customers have become accustomed to and that our community deserves.  Adam fits this mold.”

TexasBank is a full service community bank with seven locations serving Brown, Comanche and Erath counties.
