Law Enforcement Blotter 6/19

LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Wednesday, June 19, 2013.

Thursday, June 13

*Brownwood Police were dispatched to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center regarding a sexual assault.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the sexual assault occurred on June 10th.  The complainant wished to pursue charges when the suspect could be identified.

Tuesday, June 18

*8:08 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 4400 block of Mimosa regarding a terroristic threat.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a person known to her had made a statement to another person that the complainant had stolen money from him and that he was going to shoot both her and her husband to make sure he “got the person responsible for stealing his money.”  The suspect was not present at the time of the interview with the complainant.

*1:02 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of W. Austin Avenue regarding theft of service.

*2:26 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of 8th Street regarding theft.

*2:43 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding theft.  According to the report, the suspect received services from Roberts and Petty employees on January 5th; however the suspect refuses to pay for the services rendered.

*2:47 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Cordell Street regarding terroristic threat.

*5:20 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the area of Duke Street and W. Austin Avenue.  According to the report, the driver, identified as 25-year-old Brian Alan Watson-Stuart, was determined to have multiple suspensions on his driver’s license and multiple convictions for driving while license invalid and no liability insurance.  Watson-Stuart was arrested and charged with driving while license invalid and given a citation for no safety belt-driver.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56-year-old Toribio Rios Mungia for resisting arrest and on two warrants related to driving while intoxicated and assault against a public servant.

*Brownwood City Marshal arrested 22-year-old Felicia Michelle Pierce on two warrants related to expired motor vehicle inspection and violate promise to appear.

*Bangs Police arrested 17-year-old Jeron Tyrell Roberson on charges of assault causes bodily injury.

*Brownwood Police arrested 29-year-old Rebecca Nicole Slaughter on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500 by check.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
