May Resident to Celebrate 96th Birthday

BillieChambers96thBDay2013Ona Mae “Billie” Chambers of May, Texas will celebrate her 96th birthday on Saturday, June 15, 2013.

Friends and family are cordially invited to a come and go reception to be held in her honor at the May Community Center.  The reception will be held on Saturday, June 15th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No gifts, please. Your presence will be her greatest gift.

Ona Mae, “Billie,” was born on June 15, 1917 in Fisher County to Samuel Jackson and Annie Bell Richey and is the last of their five children living.  She married James Wade Chambers of May in August of 1937 and raised five children:  Danny, Lavay, Clayton, Wanelle & Clendon. She has eight grandchildren and fifteen great grand children.

Friends and family are invited to come by the May Community Center on Saturday, June 15, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and wish her a “Happy Birthday”.
