*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence on Seneca Circle in May regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that someone took her iPad, valued at $600, from her front yard without her permission.
Wednesday, May 29
*12:42 PM – The Brownwood City Marshal served a warrant on an employee of a local nursing home for a ticket that was unpaid regarding possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the report, Lisa K. Alldredge explained to the marshal that she had lost the ticket the day she received it; however, she was arrested and taken to the Brown County Jail. The report states that the end piece of a hand rolled cigarette was found on Alldredge as well as a small 2 x 1.5 inch hinged box which contained K-2. Alldredge was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance under 4 ounces, a class B misdemeanor.
*7:47 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence on Hwy 183N. The deputy performed a civil standby at a residence on County Road 564 for the complainant and Robert Swindle was located at the residence. According to the deputy’s report, Swindle was found to have an out of county warrant for assault family violence with previous convictions and was arrested at that time. A protective order as well as two criminal trespass warnings is being pursued against Swindle for a previous incident, according to the report.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Becky Lynn Castille of Bastrop on a warrant for theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Taylor David Hart of Zephyr on a warrant related to an indictment for unlawful use of tax free fuel and unlawful store untaxed motor fuel. Hart is being held on bonds totaling $60,000.
*20-year-old Miguel Angel Pacheco II turned himself in on warrants related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and driving while intoxicated.
