LECSm Brownwood TXLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, April 30, 2013.

Wednesday, April 24

*10:18 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant, an inmate at the Brown County Jail, who wished to report an alleged sexual assault-forcible rape, aggravated kidnapping, and assault with injury family/house member.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

Monday, April 29

*3:00 AM – A Brownwood Police officer made a traffic stop in the area of Belle Plain Street and W. Commerce after he observed a defective license plate lamp on the vehicle.  This stop led to the arrest of Wenga Walker and Riley Kiwahn Young, both 19 of San Angelo, for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

*8:20 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the Dollar General Store on U.S. Hwy 377 regarding an incident of criminal mischief which had happened in the 1800 block of 4th Street.

*10:08 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Duke Street regarding theft of a license plate from a utility trailer.  According to the report, possible suspect information was provided.

*1:51 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 200 block of N. Main Street regarding the theft of welding leads.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown person had taken two sets of welding leads, with cables, from his business between the dates of April 26th and 29th.

*5:00 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding the theft of property.    This call led to the arrest of 41-year-old Jarita Walker Ramos of Childers for Class B theft.

*6:40 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3500 block of Surrey Lane regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, the complainant stated that two of his vehicles had been burglarized during the night and two firearms were stolen from one of the vehicles.

*11:27 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of Brooks Avenue regarding a domestic disturbance which had happened approximately 5 hours prior to the report.  According to the report, both parties suffered minor injuries.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Travis Wade Long on warrants related to burglary of a habitation and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Lorena Rivera Mantos on a warrant related to hinder apprehension or prosecution.

Tuesday, April 30

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Joe Waylan Bush on a warrant for motion to adjudicate/burglary of a habitation.

*24-year-old Codie Nathaniel Eisenhauer turned himself in on a warrant for his arrest related to online impersonation-email message with identifying information.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Zachery Thrice Green on warrants for his arrest related to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces out of Garza County.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 17-year-old Dustin Wade Marshall for manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old Stephen Wayde Meade of Zephyr for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
