City of Early Council Meeting – Early City Hall

3. Consideration of the minutes of March 26, 2013

4. Citizen’s comments (the council invites citizens to speak to the Council on any topic not already on the agenda.  No Council action may be taken on these items.)

5. Consideration to approve or decline 2013 Public Utility Commission rates.

6. Consider approval of a resolution authorizing continued participation with the Steering Committee of cities served by ONCOR, and authorizing payment of 10 cents per capita to fund regulatory and related activities related to ONCOR Electric Company.

7. Discussion on establishing Community Foundation Fund for the City of Early.

8. Administrator’s Report – Waterline project and Water update.
