YannaFriends and family of Yanna Lee Berniard Miller will host a “Soul Food” fundraiser luncheon at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 27th at the Bennie Houston Community Center.

A buffet style meal will be offered for $10 per plate.  Organizers state the food will be home cooked and delicious.

21-year-old Miller is the daughter of Lisa M. Gray and Draco Miller who was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic colon cancer which has spread to her lungs and liver.  She was treated as an inpatient at Harris Methodist Hospital in Ft. Worth and does not have health or medical insurance.  Yanna is undergoing chemotherapy and is facing many ongoing medical and travel expenses.

For those not able to attend the fundraiser, a special benefit account has been set up for Yanna Berniard Miller, at Western Bank located at 1110 Clements Street in Brownwood, Texas 76801.

For more information or to join in prayer and support for Yanna, please visit the web page Yanna’s Healing Journey on Facebook.
