VFW Post 3278 along with the Ladies and Men’s Auxiliaries will observe the beginning of operations against Kosovo at 6:00 PM Wednesday, 13 March at the VFW Post, 2300 Stephen F. Austin.

Veterans of Kosovo are invited to attend. VFW membership benefits will be presented to the Veterans.

The Kosovo War was an armed conflict in Kosovo that lasted from 28 February 1998 until 21 June 1999. It was fought by the forces of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, the Kosovo Albanian rebel group known as the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and NATO.
