Reminder: Fundraiser Set Today for Bangs Family Who Lost Home in Fire

Friends of the Fuqua family have set up a benefit account and have scheduled a Chick-Fil-A fundraiser to help them with their recent loss.

Pam and Michael Fuqua lost their home and all of their belongings to a house fire last Monday. They, along with their four children and two year old granddaughter, have lost everything. Michael is a member of the 3M family and Pam is a dedicated school teacher in Bangs.

Chick-Fil-A will donate 15% of their sales between 5 PM and 8 PM on Monday, January 21st to the Fuquas.  Anyone interested in helping the family may bring also bring donations to the fundraiser or drop by any Bangs ISD school.

Clothing sizes for the family are as follows:

Little girl age 2 size 8 shoe
Women’s tops size 16 or 18
Women’s shirts Size small or medium
Women’s shoes 8, 8 ½, 9
Women’s pants size 16 or 18 and
Women’s pants size 27 waist
Men’s pants size 34×34 and men’s pants size 32×34
Men’s shirts size XL

A benefit bank account has also been set up for monetary donations at TexasBank in Bangs:
