Mrs. Gladys Dale Perrie, 86 years old of Bangs, formerly of Brownwood, and Coleman, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012 in the Bangs Nursing Home.

She was born December 26, 1926 in Coleman to Loys Curry & Mamie Sewell, graduated from Coleman High School then married P. D. “Petie” Perrie. She was a cook, and home maker.  Dale believed in the Baptist Faith.

Survivors are: 1 son; Michael Perrie of Bangs, 1 sister; Bobbie Martin, nieces, nephews, and many Friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Petie, 1 son; James A. Perrie and 1 sister; Betty Lois Perrie.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 29, 2012 from 6:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be Sunday, December 30, 2012 at 1:30 PM in the Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Patrick Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in the Coleman City Cemetery under the direction of Walker Funeral Home.
