Felony Offenders Sentenced in District Court

District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Kerry Caudle, on probation for the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child, was revoked and sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Charles Edward Dobbs pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft over $20,000 under $100,000 and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Johnnie Albert Harvell pled guilty to the felony offense of Online Solicitation of a Minor and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Billy Jack Shaw, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was revoked and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Chevin Charlene Brothers, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Lellia Mae McClain pled guilty to the felony offenses of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Credit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Clifford Darel Denison, III, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Samuel Scott Prickett, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jeffery Michael Watson, on probation for the felony offense of Fraud, was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Victoria Bernal, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone, was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Christopher Baker, on probation for the felony offense of Theft over $20,000 Under $100,000, was adjudicated and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jeffrey Wayne Allen, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Gertrudez Morales Lopez, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Christopher Michael Riley pled guilty to the felony offense of Retaliation and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
