The Early Middle School One-Act Play team competed in District 6-AA competition on December 5th, earning several honors.

The Director, Ren Yantis, reported that “the team performed with energy and intensity and sent a message that the world needs to hear today and every day. They were articulate, their timing was perfect, and their characterizations were provocative, colorful, wonderful, wild and beautiful.”

Their efforts garnered several honors:  Honorable-mention All-Star Cast (Tyler Thompson-Death), All-Star Cast (Jayslin King- Everyman), All-Star Crew (Danielle Contreras), and Best Crew (Danie Contreras, Andie Contreras, Garrett Marsh, Emily Beane). The EMS crew and cast was the only group to set, perform, and strike completely on their own (no adult supervision).
