A delivery truck experienced a mishap Tuesday afternoon when it tried to enter the Vine Street underpass southbound on Adams Street.

The top of the truck struck the top of the underpass entrance and peeled back the topside of the cargo trailer.   The truck immediately backed up from the underpass after the collision.

The Brownwood Police Department responded and helped the truck move out the lane of traffic.  No injuries were reported.
