Grand Jury Indictments November 2012

District Attorney Micheal Murray reports during the November 2012 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 41 indictments were returned against 37 people.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Juan Estevan Lara – Driving While Intoxicated

Randy Jack Land – DWI with Child Passenger

Dustin Dean Shaw – Driving While Intoxicated

Eric Michael Ganos – Three Counts of Burglary of a Building

Todd Steven Arko – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone

Brenda Kay Holland aka Brenda Kay Carpenter aka Brenda Kay Green – Driving While Intoxicated Repeat/Habitual Offender

Brenda Autrey Butler – Evading Arrest

Christopher McCabe – Fraudulent use of Possession of Identifying Information

Rebecca Leigh Vasquez – Possession of a Controlled Substance

Barry Modawell – Assault Family Violence – Enhanced

Richard Jon Valadez – Deadly Conduct

Stephen Wayne Shores – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Christy Dawn Lanham – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver

Kenneth Coplin – Possession Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

Martha Dabney – Possession Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

Cody Shane Allred – Possession Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

Jackson Brook Weekley – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone

John Coley Lane – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone

Wayne Lee Manchester – Two counts of DWI with Child Passenger

Trevor Norman – Aggravated Robbery and Engaging in Organized Criminal Act

Javonte James – Aggravated Robbery and Engaging in Organized Criminal Act

Andrew Ferguson – Aggravated Robbery and Engaging in Organized Criminal Act

Toribio Torrez, Jr. – Injury to a Child

John Coley Lane – Driving While Intoxicated

Enrique Garza, Jr. – Burglary of a Building

Marcus OBrian Reese aka Marcus OBrian Reece – Burglary of a Building State Jail Felony Enhancement

Lanny Marvin Bush – Online Impersonation Repeat/Habitual Offender.
