Brownwood ISD school board trustees were sworn into office Monday night including one re-elected and two new members.

Eric Evans was re-elected in the November 6th election, and new members Brad Jetton and Diane Thompson were unopposed.   Each took the oath of office administered by Brown County Judge Ray West and took their seat on the board.

The board also elected officers for the year which included Michael Cloy as president, Roderick Jones as vice president, and Dr. Lisa Fowler as secretary.

The new and existing members took their new positions Monday night at the BISD school board meeting and conducted the meeting and business of the school district.
