Emergency responders were called to the downtown area of Brownwood where a two-vehicle accident occurred Wednesday afternoon.

At approximately 2:35pm, a Mercury Sable was struck in the passenger door by a 4-door Mitsubishi passenger car as the two vehicles collided at the intersection of Center and E. Lee.

According to emergency responders on scene, no injuries were reported.   Those involved in the accident included a male and female who were traveling in the Mercury and another female who was driving the Mitsubishi.

Brownwood Fire Department, Brownwood Police Department and Guardian EMS were all called to the scene of the accident.
