Brenda was preceded in death by a grandson, David Carroll III, her parents JW & Bessie Clark, a brother Bobby Clark and her in-laws, Barbara Wisecup, Onie Carroll, Onie Sr. and Dorothy Carroll.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 52 years, David R Carroll, Sr., sons David Carroll, Jr. & wife Cassie of Jackson, MS., and Troy Carroll & wife Jenifer of Brownwood. Her surviving grandchildren are Brittany Carroll of Lubbock, Matthew Carroll of Detroit, MI.,Cason Carroll of Lubbock, Austin & Madison Carroll of Jackson, MS, Gray & Mason Glaze of Jackson, MS., Kaleb Hopson of Huntsville and Kaleigh Hopson of Santa Anna. Her surviving great-grandson is Lyric Crowder. Mrs. Carroll has 2 surviving brothers, Don and wife Elna Clark & Pat and wife Sandy Clark. Her surviving sister is Mary Beth and husband Melvin Felch of Brownwood. Charlotte Carroll of Lubbock, & numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives survive Mrs. Carroll as well.

A memorial service is planned for Saturday, November 10 at 3:00 at Central United Methodist Church of Brownwood. Bro. Art Allen and John Beckling will officiate.
