Law Enforcement Blotter 11/2

LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday and Friday, November 1 & 2, 2012.

Wednesday, October 31

*3:56am-A Brownwood Police officer was flagged down in the 1700 block of Avenue L regarding a male subject who was interfering with the haunted house at the Boys and Girls Club.  He explained that when confronted by the staff and informed that they were contacting the police, the male fled on foot, the report states.  The complainant stated that when the male fled the area, he dropped his passport, according to police.  The officer attempted to contact the male at the residence listed on the passport and by police records; however no contact was able to be made, the report states.  The passport was placed into the Brownwood Police Department property room for safekeeping.

*5:27pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Belle Plain regarding a burglary of a storage facility.

*10:49pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of Coggin Avenue regarding the theft of property.  According to the report, the manager of the business, Domino’s Pizza reported that a lighted delivery sign was stolen off of a vehicle while it was parked in front of the business.

Thursday, November 1

*7:51am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of 14th Street regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant reported damage to a Dodge dually pickup.  The damage was estimated at $50-500.  No arrests were made at the time of the report; however a possible suspect was named.

*4:45pm-Brownwood Police met a complainant regarding a trespass warning request.  According to the report, the complaint reported a possible inappropriate relationship between a 15-year-old female and an 18-year old male where text messages with sexually graphic content were exchanged between the two.  Police state that no arrests were made and that the case remains under investigation.

*7:40pm-Brownwood Police received a report of terroristic threat.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Alexander Raymond Isbell of Coleman for Driving While License Invalid.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
