With plenty of activities to choose from this Halloween in Brownwood like haunted houses, fall festivals, and trunk or treat events; the Brownwood News crew spent October 31st at the1st annual Trick or Treat Trail hosted by The Breeze 96.9, News/Talk 102.3, and the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce.

The crew took plenty of photos of kids and families enjoying the fun and games along with some unique costumes.  Superheroes were a popular costume this year along with ninjas, video game characters and some classic costumes.  A few canine companions were also all dressed up for the event.

The crowds were thick and the candy was sweet as trick or treat-ers walked the trail picking up goodies, playing games, and taking pictures.   Some lucky attendees were even interviewed live on the radio during the event.

Organizers for the Trick or Treat Trail said that participation exceeded their expectations and they will look at expanding it for next year.
