Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle accident Friday afternoon in the 400 block of W. Commerce at the entrance to the Wal-Mart parking lot.

An SUV and passenger car collided at the traffic light in the intersection around 2:15pm.

Only minor injuries were reported.  The driver and passenger of one vehicle and the driver of the second vehicle declined transport to the hospital.  Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene of the accident.

Brownwood Police, Brownwood Fire Department, and Guardian EMS responded to the scene.
