Brownwood & Early High School Bands Receive Division I Ratings at UIL Region Marching Contest

Hard work and many hours of practice paid off for members of both the Brownwood and Early High School marching bands as they competed at the UIL Region VII Marching Contest (West Zone) in Brady on Saturday, receiving Division I ratings.

Brownwood will be advancing to UIL Area Marching Competition in Waxahachie next Saturday.  Judges for the event were Aaron Lewis of Waco, Barry Hurt of Pagosa Springs, Colorado and Charles Munsell of Spring Branch.  Brady ISD, Brady Band Boosters and the Brady Bulldog Band hosted the event.
