Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the BROWN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT will convene on the 15th day of October, 2012, at 9:00 A. M., in the Brown County Commissioners Courtroom:

AGENDA

A.  Opening Prayer

B. Reading and approval of Minutes

C. Recognition of Visitors

D. Matter of New Business to be presented to the Court for its consideration and action as appropriate. Items may not be taken in the order that they are listed.

1.   Joel Kelton, Precinct #2 – Consideration and possible approval of burn ban;

2.   Richard Gist, Precinct #3 and Bob Clark, Precinct #1 – Consideration and possible approval of expenditure requests;

3.   Richard Gist, Precinct #3 – Application to install private line, CR 355;

4.   Ronnie Lappe – Consideration and possible approval of 2013 Brown County Historical Commission members and for approval of reappointments and appointments;
