8. Discuss and take necessary action regarding changing the current drought stage of District’s Drought Contingency Plan from stage 3 to stage 2;
9. Discuss and take necessary action regarding fishing tournament fees on Lake Brownwood;
10. Presentation and approval of final draft of feasibility study on ground water by J.P. Nicot with Bureau of Economic Geology;
11. Abandon 1947 resolution creating Flat Rock Park due to lack of maintenance of the road, referenced in said resolution, by Brown County.
