Saturday, September 29

*8:12pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of N. Main Street, La Botana , where an employee reported that a regular customer to the restaurant came in with a plastic bag, went to the cooler and started loading the bag with beer.   The subject then left without paying for the beer, the report states.

Wednesday, October 3

*3:35pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 4200 block of US Hwy 377S regarding a domestic disturbance.

Thursday, October 4

*12:28pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Walnut regarding an unsecured premise.  According to the report, 41-year-old Marcus Reese of Dallas and 27-year-old Enrique Garza, Jr. of Brownwood were observed by an officer on Walnut Street, actively burglarizing a building.  After the investigation, both Reese and Garza were arrested for burglary of a building.

*12:55pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 100 block of Miller Drive regarding theft.

*6:40pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 2300 block of Good Shepherd regarding theft of a bicycle.  According to the report, the bike was valued at approximately $100 and was believed to have been stolen sometime between September 29th and the time of the report.

*11:21pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of W. Commerce, the Oasis, regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a female exited the bar and punched the driver’s side door window of her vehicle, causing damage to the window.  The complainant is pursuing criminal charges, the report states.

*Early Police arrested 22-year-old Steven Brock Beslanowitch for driving while license invalid.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 39-year-old Ruben Diaz of Bangs for driving while license invalid with previous conviction.

*Early Police arrested 36-year-old Manuel Delarosa Rodriguez of Early for driving while intoxicated 2nd.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
