The 5th Annual Senior Health Fair was held at CARE Nursing & Rehab on Friday, offering multiple health screening booths for seniors, health care product information, veterans benefit information and even a booth to help seniors register to vote.

Over 35 vendors were present to offer information and services to the senior community of Brown County.  Some of the screening booths included blood pressure and blood sugar checks, eye care and eye glass adjustments, hearing screenings, oxygen saturation levels, spinal posture screenings, Vital Partners 365, and more.  A free lunch of hamburgers and Dr. Pepper was also served during the event.

The Health Fair was sponsored by: CARE, Best Med, CMS Home Health, Heart of Texas – EMS, Integra Care Home Health, Brownwood Funeral Home, Comanche Home Health & Hospice, Davis Morris Funeral Home, Encompass Home Health, Goldthwaite Health & Rehab, Guardian Healthcare, Lee Healthcare & Durable Medical Equipment, Lighthouse Hospice, and The Chatfield Assisted Living.

Pictured above are participants at the senior health fair.  Below are additional photos of the event.
