bondRamona “Mona” Bond of Brownwood, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Bond was born August 8, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico to Royce & Hallie Mae Gentry. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by 3 daughters, Modesta Necole Perry of Brownwood, Teresa Allie Rose Bond of Brownwood, & Danielle Lee Bond of Austin as well as one son, Jonathan Dwayne Bond of Abilene. She was also survived by 4 sisters & 3 brothers: Modesta Gentry, Lova Gentry, Barbara Stewart, Theresa Allen, Wesley Gentry, Larry Gentry and Danny Gentry. The grandchildren who survived her are Melissa Bilbrey, Lillian Bennett, Keommi Bond, Jacob Bond, Kaitlyn Bond, Isaiah Reynolds and Charles Billings. Also left to cherish her memory is her loving friend, Phillip Bond.

Ramona was preceded in death by her parents and two grand-daughters, Hallie Faith R. Bond and Lisa Michelle Bond.

Graveside services for Ramona Bond will be held at 10 AM Saturday, October 6 at Eastlawn Memorial Park in Early, Kelly Crenshaw officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6-8 P.M. at Blaylock Funeral Home, 1914 Indian Creek Road, Brownwood. Arrangements under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.
