W.T. McAdams, age 77, of Brownwood passed away September 24, 2012 at Brownwood Regional Medical Center.

W.T. Mc Adams formerly of Fredricksburg, Texas was born on January 1, 1935 in Winters, Texas. W. T. married Bettye Mitchell.  W.T. was retired from GTE, and worked for West Texas Utilities.  He was a charter member of the Hill Country Gun Club.

Survivors include his children one daughter: Vickie Dutton and husband Danny of Early; one son: Glenn McAdams of Fredericksburg; grandchildren: Angela Capetillo of Kapoeli, Hawaii; Leslie Morris of Brady; great grandchildren: Taytum Morris and Spencer Morris.

He was preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6:00 to 8:00 at the Blaylock Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held on Thursday September 27, at 2:00 P.M. in Robert Lee, Texas with Bro. James Robertson officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the ALS Foundation.
