6. Chief of Police David Mercer will give an update on plans for National Night Out, October 2, 2012

7. Mayor Mangrum will declare and recognize the week of September 17-23, 2012 as Constitution Week.

8. Consider approving Early Economic Development Corporation expenditure of $12,371 to ONCOR for Bruner Auto Group facility

9. Presentation and approval of Early Economic Development Corporation budget for 2012/2013 fiscal year.

10. Consideration of $1500 funding request for Children’s Advocacy Center contingent upon participation of other entities.

11. Consider adopting and ordinance setting temporary and construction zone speed limits on certain roadways.
