The Brownwood High School Cross Country team kicked off their 2012 season Saturday in a meet at the Texas Bank Sports Complex in San Angelo.
Brownwood’s varsity girls’ team took first place in their division with the boys’ varsity coming in fifth. The JV boys and girls each took third place.
The Brownwood varsity girls team was led by Victoria Hood who took 4th place with a time of 13:17.72. The boys varsity team was led by Dylan Person in 9th place with a time of 11:00.59.
