Longhorn fans are invited to come out and meet the 2012-2013 EHS Longhorn teams at Purple Day 2012, which will be held on Saturday, September 1st at the EHS football field.

Food will be served beginning at 5:00pm. At 6:00pm, players and coaching staff will be announced. The festival and games will follow team introductions.

The public is invited to come out and enjoy the new games such as a dunking booth, car smash, & photo booth. There will also be new bounce houses for the kids.

New prizes, along with some classics games to play such as cake walk, ring toss and many more will be featured at the event.

Organizers state that Purple Day is a great time to get spirit items ordered and ready for the new year.

During Purple Day, orders will be taken for car decals, spirit buttons, t-shirts, and yard signs which are a new addition this year.

This will be the last day to get little longhorn registrations in for this year.

So come out and meet the Early Longhorns, then plan to stay and have some fun.
